Guild rules:

Social stuff

    No Offense To Guildmates.
    Trial Ranks Offline 10 Days Automatic Kick
    We currently raid 5 days per week 20:00 to 23:00 with schedule set 2 weeks in advance in Group Calendar. Trials are expected to be signed for at least 3-4 raids per week over a month.
    No ninjaing (ever - not even when not in guild-group and even if you have felt ninjad previously)
    Be active on forum - both if there is something you are unhappy AND happy about
    Help whereever you can: Help ppl get geared and build reputation

Respect for the guild

    Don't ever go in pickup groups for raid- if you are in raid guild, you raid with the guild (counts for our level raids - currently lvl 70 raids - it is ofc ok to PuG for MC etc. Edit: Since we are now in BT/MH it is accepted that guildmembers PuG for Gruul/Magtheridon/Karazhan although it is requested that you think about the guild if possible)
    In all other cases it is forbidden, under ANY circumstances to raid with another guild. We are a pve guild so you'll have plenty of raids here.
    Always leave groups for pvp and heroics etc. when requested by raid-leader - else you are not part of the raiding team => find yourself a less serious guild. Also, if you enter a group around raid-time notify party members that you might have to leave.
    Respect that others have worked in raids to give you loot: GET IT ENCHANTED AND GEMMED ASAP (no pre-tbc enchants and no vendor gems). If you are in doubt what to use ask your class lead.
    General rule: If your gear isn't enchanted and gemmed properly one week after getting it you will only be replacement for raids.
    General rule 2: If you don't have maxed out enchants and gems and still have greens you will not be allowed to bid unless no-one else wants - in other words... get your shit fixed or we wont give you loot.
    Follow class-leads' requests (hereunder respecs to help guild progress)
    Don't expect all your gear to come from raids - improve yourself before expecting guild to give you raid loot. E.g. get badge-loot to improve where possible.
    Once again, we are a pve guild, which means that BGs and Arenas are nowhere near a priority. Making a raid wait cos your arena mates will get mad is no excuse and will result in a warning and then kick.

Guild chat (or raid-chat)

    No sales in guild chat (you can show an item that is really special - e.g. would sell for >500g in AH if you will sell with good guild-discount), but no WTS in guild chat
    No arguments in guild-chat - if you have an issue with a person discuss it with that person or in extreme cases with that person's class lead
    No spam in guild-chat - if you have a message say it once, not 10 times
    Don't complain over loot in guild-chat and raid-chat - if you have an issue with loot rules discuss it in the loot-rules forum on this site

Guild bank

    The bank is not there to help you get money for the mount or whatever
    You can REQUEST help from the bank for enchanting stuff etc. but don't expect it
    Guild bank is there to help guild progress - not to help single individual progress. So it might buy crucial patterns etc. - also it will be used to gear key people with special gear (e.g. the mage tank at Maulgar)

Organization
The Guild Master is Tworude. He is in charge of the overall management of the guild but has generally delegated responsibility to class-leads.

Class-leads

    The guild has class-leads. These will behave differently and have different priorities but generally you can expect the following:

      -> They may ask you to respec if the guild needs you to have other specs
      -> They will ask you to improve your gear
      -> They can ban you from raids, guildkick etc. if you don't follow requests and generally aren't showing the respect necessary for the guild
      -> Class-leads are there to help you and the guild progress. They don't take the job lightly and you need to respect them.
      -> You can always ask a class-lead for help if there is something you would like explained etc.
      -> Responsible for DKP Decay control of their class.

    The class-leads are:

      Death Knight -> Jáx
      Druid -> Tworude
      Hunter -> Panicattack
      Mage -> Sakarabu
      Paladin -> Valkyri
      Priest -> Mordix
      Rogue -> Brainsmasher
      Warlock -> Palsbjørn
      Warrior -> Furylicious

    These are not class-leads because they are the best player in their class. They are class-leads because they show dedication to the guild and are worthy of leading the class. They are required to have extensive knowledge about their class so they can discuss all aspects of gearing and speccing.
