Raid rules
Raids are from 19:45 to 23:00 (with possible extension if we are close to a kill AND enough people are available)

Raid behaviour

We raid for progress, so immature behavior will not be tolerated.
Never ever move in front of the raid leader and tank unless instructed to (this even counts for rogues and prowling druids!).
Don't focus on damage meter - if you can do something to improve team's performance do so instead of optimizing your own damage (e.g. locks' curses).
Don't go AFK, unless explicitly allowed to by raid-leader. Raid leader will allow breaks at intervals - respect this and be back again in time (normally 5-10 minutes but raid leader decides).
Never whisper raid-leader and never expect him to read raid-chat. Ask a raid-assistant or class-leader and they will either answer or bring message on.
Have consumables (food, potions etc.) ready BEFORE raid hour.
Be repaired BEFORE raid hour
Don't wait for whispers to leave groups - you know we are raiding and if you are signed you may have the privilege to join.
Don't go in groups right before raid if you know it is coming
Be at raids on time - this means:
- be at summoning stone 10-15 minutes before raid start - if you need summon it is your responsibility to make arrangements for this.
- be ready for invitation 10-15 minutes before raid hour if you are replacement .
Be prepared! Know the tactics: If you signed up for a raid you also know that you need to prepare and read on www.bosskillers.com and watch a few movies on You-tube.

Signing-up for raid
To save your position on the raid, sign-up for it in Blizzard Guild Calendar.
You can cancel your attendance sign-up freely two (2) hours in advance or more by posting into relevant Addon with the cancellation.
People that signed-up for the raid and did not come or came more then 15 minutes late will loose : 20 DKP points
Sign-ups expressing uncertainty count as not signed (e.g. 50/50 will come).
25 man raid is called off 15 Mins after scheduled time if enough people aren't available. Read raid rules - but especially note in this context to be there 10 mins before scheduled time, repaired and with consumables. Don't make 24 guys wait for you. Set the example.

DKP points distribution
DKP is used for distributing loot in 25 man raids. DKP is a system with quantified honor earned and spent. DKP is personal and cannot be traded or given to others - in effect you could say that it shows how valuable you as a person have been to the guild so far. DKP is shared across characters - but there are reservations about distribution to alts (see below).

Positive
Showing to raid according to schedule: 10 DKP .
Every hour of attendance, starting from when the raid is ready at farm raid: 10 DKP.
Every hour of attendance, starting from when the raid is ready at progress raid: 25 DKP.
Attending for a first kill: 50 DKP
Attending for a second kill: 25 DKP
Killing a boss (farm): 10 DKP
If we don't get 25 men on scheduled raid people online and signed get the attendance bonus plus 20 DKP as compensation for waiting.
Special bonuses can be announced prior to raid. In such case these will not exceed: 20 DKP

Negative
Not having pots / flasks / elixirs / food / not being prepared: -20 DKP
Retiring after LESS than 2 hours raid: -20 DKP + DKP earned (unless agreed before raid with raid-leader)
Not showing at raids signed up for: -20 DKP
Not attending 3/5 raids per week: -30 DKP per day (see rules below under "DKP maintenance")

DKP maintenance
In order to maintain the DKP you previously earned, you need to attend 3/5 in any given week. If you don’t meet this requirement, then you loose DKP. Considering we are using running DKP of 10 dkp/h, then respectively if a player attends 2/5 then he will loose one raid days attendance (20:00-23:00) 30 dkp. If a player attends 0/5 then he looses 90 dkp. Players can freeze their dkp for holidays or breaks for 2 weeks every 3 months. They must make a post on forum and tell thier Class Leader.

Looting

Keep silent on vent, respectively don’t spam raid chat while distributing loot.
Respect your peers: if you have had all loot a given day don't need when someone without loot needs
No pity whispering during boss raid loot. Report and whisperer may get kicked (pity whispering=teasing someone else about having had loot over them etc.).

Bidding rules

At same bid, higher rank wins.
At same bid, same rank, higher roll wins.
Generally, not more than 2 items rer raid can be bought.
If mains need, no alt can bid (unless allowed by raid-leader - some ppl in effect have several mains).
Trials can purchase an item only if no one else is interested, else he cannot bid.

Note that "same-bid" rules cannot be used for speculation - only in the rare occasion that 2 persons have the same saved DKP.

Starting bids for pieces of gear:

Weapon: 100 DKP
Tier Token: 75 DKP
Armor: 50 DKP
Trinket/Neck/Ring And Off-Hands: 25 DKP
Crafting mats (non-BoP) : Guild bank (they always go to GB and are distributed when needed)

Profession patterns
BoP pattern/BoE item => always goes to highest ranked crafter
BoE pattern/BoP item => DKP rules
